This Dealer Agreement between the client identified above ("Dealer") and Revver Digital, LLC. dba Boats for Sale a Florida limited liability company with offices located at 696 N 1st Avenue, Suite 305, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, USA ("Company"). This Dealer Agreement, together with the policies incorporated by reference within the Dealer Addendum hyperlinked below, and any Service Exhibit attached hereto, constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Dealer Agreement.

The Company values each Dealer relationship and ensures that each Dealer’s private data and communications remain confidential. For the sake of clarity, a Dealer’s private data is strictly used to generate leads for that particular Dealer and will not be shared with other dealers, nor used to generate leads for other dealers. Please review the Dealer Addendum for further information.

Dealer has compiled data into a proprietary database and desires to license the database to Company in exchange for enhanced data sharing capabilities when accessing and using the site www.boatsforsale.com. Dealer hereby grants Company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and fully-paid license for Company's use and operation of the Site and other business purposes, the terms and conditions of such license being detailed, and hereby agreed to, within the Dealer Addendum available at https://buy.boatsforsale.com/terms-of-use-dealer-addendum.

Dealer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Dealer has had an opportunity to review the policies on the Site and referenced within the Dealer Addendum hyperlinked above and warrants that the signatory below has the requisite authority to bind Dealer.
